The Crown Chakra of NE USA
Portals, energy centers, vortexes, chakras, all swirling moving to the vibrations of the universe.
A dear friend invited me to lunch and to a tour of her banquet/event facility, The Alerin Barn located in St. Johnsbury VT. Peaceful, blessed land, an old farmstead revived into an elegant wedding facility and gathering place for those seeking rural clean sacred space for the most sacred of events.
Our visit conversations brought us to discussion of the lei lines and chakras of the northeast United States. It seems Lake Willoughby in the North East Kingdom of Vermont, not far from where we were, is the crown chakra of the north east. Of course, we had to take a drive there. And it was magnificent beyond words. Laying between two massive notches of land the serene lake glistens in the fall sun. Little Piper, my friends four year old, couldn’t wait to frolic in the divine fluid of the crown. Words cannot due justice to the grandeur and divinity of this earthly setting.
If you get the chance this colorful fall season, take a ride up Route 5 to 5-A in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont and you will come upon this otherworldly fiord known as Lake Willoughby. Experience it for yourself. Enjoy.

Six decades ago my mother birthed me by the darkness of the new moon. For this reason I have always had an affinity for this time of the month. Going within time, being in the womb of The Mother, monthly honoring the darkness where the seeds germinate and begin to sprout new beginnings. I was just such a sprouting seed for my mother.
New Moon is the best time in the 28-day cycle of the moon to begin a new project or venture. What better partner to support you in your new beginning than Grandmother Moon looking from within, perhaps behind the mask peering through the sacred smog of illusion acknowledging what is being birthed through the mystical magic of no light.
Over the years I have noticed in my life that during the new moon my life becomes smooth and sure. Conversely, on the full moon, I notice chaos and confusion sometimes prevalent. This may or may not be attributed to the fact that I was born on a new moon. Regardless, it is good to become aware of these nuances of heavenly bodies and where they are in respect to you and your life and your cycles.
What is your monthly moon cycle like? Menopause rules my life now rather than honoring my blood. Some say the body at my age holds on to the power of the blood allowing for the wisdom years to express such power. During the bleeding time of my life I did come to a point where I honored my monthly shedding with ritual and sacredness. This, I feel, made my Mother the Earth quite happy. It also allowed me to connect with my feminity in a most honorable manner. It made my heart and soul happy. And gave me a deeper connection to Grandmother Moon whose heavenly cycle rules the human cycle of life.
Consider what you would like to begin and begin it now in this most powerful and productive energy of newness.

Waning Into New Balance
Can you feel it? The waning I mean. Can you feel the urge to come into balance? Can you feel the pull to equalize your power and be your authentic self, no matter what? This is where I am in this moment. Feeling who I truly am and being happy there. Acknowledging intuitive wisdom that drives me to being my true self from this moment to the next.
Autumnal Equinox is upon us. New moon, darkness, a time to go within and explore who you are is here at the same time. Both arriving together, balance and darkness, what does that feel like in your being? What is stirring in your souls longing? What does your authentic self express to you in the form of emotions, feelings, thoughts or awareness?
Deeper understanding of who and what we are here on this planet to create, if we don’t already know, is seen more clearly now, in this balanced, equalized blackness. The interior, where seeds were planted, awaits nutrients spurring growth. Some of these seeds may have been buried in another lifetime patiently awaiting this formula of balance with no light to begin their emergence.
We have a choice in this moment. Embrace the energies that stir us, learn, grow, become your true self, the I AM Presence. Or ignore this powerful time and remain as you are. Being your authentic true self is so freeing, enlivening absolutely blissful that I can’t imagine any soul not reaching for it at all cost.
Let the balanced waning into newness take you to new heights where laughter, joy and deep caring become a way of being.

The Great Sacred Fire, aka rainbow around the sun, as described in my previous article, 10 Billion Beats, is referred to by The Radiant Rose Academy as the following- “The Sacred Fire comes from the Great Central Sun, at the center of our universe, from the heart ream of the infinite I AM Presence, Mother, Father, God Goddess, All That Is. Our higher self, our beloved I AM Presence being the perfect individualization of the infinite I AM Presence of the Central Sun, is our source that we call to for the Sacred Fire to come into our lives.” Could this be translated to mean that while my friend and I were praying, tying prayer flags for the 10 Billion Beats drumming, we were in contact with our I AM Presence, or pure essence of self? We certainly felt pretty blissful. And looking into the sky and seeing such a miraculous sight as a huge rainbow encircling the sun, we both looked at each other and hugged, and laughed, and cried and felt so complete. So, moving forward into mundane life I find myself surrendering, trusting and allowing more deeply and more completely than ever before. I know, like I know, like I know, that I am my I AM Presence. Beauty is in me and all around me at the same time.
My deepest gratitude to 10 Billion Beats organizers and participants for the confirmation of our ceremony by The Great Sacred Fire. Let us continue bringing these sacred ceremonies to the earth for the highest good of all.

Blessings of peace to all on this harvest full moon 9/12/11, a day of deep beauty on this planet. Life moves through us and we have the option of choosing to feel it, see it, and notice the subtleties or not. What did you choose today?
As the moon rises and the sun sets almost in synchronicity, come back to the balance that She, our Mother Earth and She our Grandmother Moon are modeling for us in this moment of this day/night, 9/12/11. Can you feel it? Can you see it? Can you hear it or simply know it, this being in balance of sun and moon and earth, aligned?
You are invited to go within. Breathe the sacred air Mother Earth gives us freely each and every moment of our lives. Breathe in this Love of the Earth. Hold it a moment. Then let go and breathe out with a sigh, aaahhhhh, releasing, letting go, all unwanted lower vibrations that may have become attached through out this day. Continue to breathe in and out slowly in this fashion for a few wonderful breaths.
Allow yourself to connect with this balance of sun and moon and earth in this moment. Simply allow - Nothing to think about, no place to go, nothing to do. Just follow your in breath and your out breath.

Yes let us praise La Luna that gives us light by night. May she shine on us our ability to see in the darkness. Even when we are in a dark night of the soul. Remember that this too shall pass and ye may reap the harvest of the challenge.
The Brook was rushing, filled with Irene storm water, turbulence, and fury. An eddy, an inlet, calmer than the centrifuge, was the perfect spot to place the sacred Archangel crystals for cleansing in this blessed water. I had brought with me my seat pad, placed it on the rocks and knelt on it so I could reach into the water to place the crystals in the purifying turbulence.
Today, 9/9/11, was time to reconnect with the Archangels and their corresponding clear quartz crystals. They called to me during a healing session today. This clients’ higher self asked me to bring them out, to be seen, to be experienced, to blend their healing powers with that of the room full of guides, angels, ancestors and spirit animals who had gathered in support of this young woman client.
The Archangels, Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel and Metatron arrived at my door winter solstice last. That was an auspicious evening of uncanny and unconditional loving energy moving through life and me. That December 21st evening at 10:30 o’clock I greeted them in scripted ceremony. A simple alter was prepared precisely as instructed, flower, candle, apple, envelope with my three wishes. Later that evening in meditation with these loving divine energies, each Archangel instructed me to go to my crystal collection and there each Angel chose a clear quartz crystal to reside in upon their departure. Being multidimensional, they are everywhere at all times.
These are the crystals that were cleansed in Kidder Brook. Look for the magic is all things, as it is everywhere at all times.
Gratitude for this day, this planet, this life and all things.
